Shipping Method

Due to privacy issues and shipping sources, we can offer only standard international airmail which is a standard unregistered international mail service and does not require your signature. Shipping cost is 18 EUR for all worldwide locations.

Products Guarantee

All items are original brand named and certified products. All products have printed expiration dates. VitalityPharm.com does not sell illegal or low-quality products from underground productions. If you receive products with expired date, do not use them and contact us. Unless otherwise stated, and subject to your statutory rights in respect of quality and fitness for purpose, we make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold.

Time of Arrival

Packets are sent from several locations from Asia and Europe. We ship all packets within 72 hours after your order has been processed and payed. Estimated time of arrival if you live in USA, Canada or Europe, is 10-14 business days.

Packaging & Privacy

All packets are sent in plain packs/envelopes without any marking of it's contents, so you get full discretion. When your order contains several different items, we divide it into several packets and send them seperately and also from different locations (at no extra shipping cost).

Delays

Normally 80% of all airmail packages arrive under 12 days to any location, while 10-20% will arrive in 2-3 weeks and still few others will show up at around 30 working days. This is a reflection of inconsistencies with various postal representatives, and not services provided by us. We take no responsibility for undelivered products due to incorrect shipping information provided by purchaser. You should wait 30 days before contacting us about any undelivered product.

 

Delivery FAQ

1. Is your business and is this company legit?
   Yes. Our company has been in this business for almost 10 years which wouldn't be possible if we were not a legit and respected provider. We only ship from countries that according to their laws, allow you to obtain such medication.
   
   
2. Is it legal to purchase these products?
   Laws differ from country to country. Contact your local Drug Agency or Ministry of Health regarding the regulations and restrictions of your country.
   
   
3. Do i need a valid prescription?
   Depends on the laws in your country, and medication you ordered. We trust you have a valid prescription if you need it, and will not require any proof.
   
   
4. Do you give any medical advice?
   No we do not. Please consult with your physician about any questions you might have.
   
   
5. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?
   There is no minimum limits for any payment options. Maximum payment with credit card is limited to 500.00EUR per day. Other payment methods (Western Union, Moneygram) have no limits.
   
   
6. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO?
   We do ship to P.O. Box. We do not ship to APO address.
   
   
7. What is your return policy?
   We are prohibited by law to accept returned medication.
   
   
8. Where do I send my payment?
   Information on where to send your payment is provided after you place an order. Please take your time and write down necessary details. Please, follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delay.
   
   
9. It's been a month since i've placed an order. Is my order still valid?
   No, your order is valid for 15 days, afer you've checked out, after 15 days, it is automatically deleted from our system, and you will need to re-order your products.
   
   
10. How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
    If you have payed by credit card, your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days. If you have payed by WU or MG, then all instructions on how to make payment are provided at the end of the purchasing process immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is picked up by the receiver, which can take up to 7 business days, your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Expected delivery time is between 7 and 21 business days. PLEASE NOTE that BUSINESS DAYS are Monday to Friday. If within this time span you have still not received your products please FILL IN A TICKET, and we will find a solution. Please check your ORDER HISTORY (on this web site) first and count business days before filling in a request.
    
    
11. How do I change my order after it has been placed?
    Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes to pending orders. The process is entirely computerized. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please place a completely new order and your old one will be automatically deleted after 15 days if payments are not received.
    
    
12. What if I receive an incomplete order?
    It's possible that you will receive your order in more then one package with delays up to a week! This happens because we ship from different countries. Please fill in a request in our ticketing system, if you have not received your order.
    
    
13. I haven't received my product!
    Although our shipping success is around 98%, it's still possible that your package is held up at the customs. It takes 2 weeks up to 3 months for customs authorities to send you a seizure note! If your products do not arrive in between 7 and 21 business days, you need to open a ticket request within 40 days since the products was shipped out.
    
    
14. How can I contact You?
